I first saw Fergus Henderson when Anthony Bourdain visited his London restaurant St. John on one of his many travel shows. Mr. Henderson was intelligent and fascinating. Been following along with his work through St. John (their Instagram is a great reel of food and drink stuffs) and his many books.
